1. License Grant
Schola grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform for your educational institution's internal purposes. This license allows you to access and utilize Schola's web and mobile applications, including all updates and enhancements that may be provided during the term of the agreement.
2. Usage Restrictions
While we encourage you to maximize the benefits of Schola, please be aware of certain usage restrictions. You must not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the platform. Additionally, sharing or distributing any part of Schola to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Usage
The Schola license grants you the right to use the software for educational purposes within your institution. You are permitted to install and use Schola on a single domain or server for one educational institution. If you wish to use Schola for multiple institutions or deploy it on additional domains or servers, separate licenses are required for each installation.
4. Copyright and Ownership
Schola is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including any associated intellectual property rights, are owned by Schola or its licensors. You are not permitted to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Schola without prior written permission from Schola's management.
5. Licensing Period
The Schola license is valid for a specified period, which is determined by the type of license purchased. It is essential to review the license duration and ensure timely renewal to continue using Schola without interruption.
6. Compliance and Reporting
To maintain compliance with the Schola license agreement, you are required to promptly report any unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of the software to the Schola team.
7. Data Security and Privacy
At Schola, we value the security and privacy of your data. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to our data security guidelines and protect any sensitive information stored within the system. Schola will never disclose or sell your institution's data to third parties.
8. Support and Updates

9. Termination
This license agreement remains valid until terminated. Schola reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of violation of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, you must cease all usage of Schola and uninstall the platform from all devices.
10. Agreement Modifications
The Schola team reserves the right to modify the terms of the license agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to licensed users, and continued use of Schola after such modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This license agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
