2. School's Data
Schola does not directly collect student's data. Educational institutions using Schola are responsible for collecting and managing student information. We may collect and store school information for the purpose of setting up and managing accounts, providing customer support, and improving our services.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
4. User Reviews and Ratings
Schola allows users to submit reviews and ratings of our services. By submitting a review or rating, you grant us the right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content in any media and for any purpose.
You agree that the reviews and ratings you provide are accurate, truthful, and do not violate any third-party rights. You further agree not to submit any false or misleading information, defamatory content, or content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any reviews or ratings that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
